Same Day Shipping


AcuAtlanta.net offers same day shipping on certain items ordered Monday - Friday by 1pm ET (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day and product availability, so some items may incur an extra handling time to ship. This can be 1-4 days depending on your order. Please email, chat or call us to confirm. We offer expedited shipping if you need it immediately.
Your shipment(s) will leave our warehouse based on the following schedule:
Available orders placed Monday - Friday by 1 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Some items will take 1-4 days to process before shipment.
Orders placed after 1 PM Monday - Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next non-holiday business day (typically the following Monday).
Exceptions:
Probiotics that are shipped with ice packs only go out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
International orders may be held until shipping addresses are verified, and all items are complete and packed. Orders will ship out on Fridays only. 
All UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air ship out same day.

In the US:

Free or $7.25 Standard Shipping:
Please allow 5-11 business days (depending on shipping location) for your order to arrive if you have selected Free or $7.25 Standard Shipping. We ship via DHL eCommerce, in combination with United States Postal Service. DHL will hand off your package to the USPS who will deliver your package the last mile to your door or PO Box.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping
Please allow orders 3-5 days to process BEFORE items are shipped out. After processing please allow 3-5 business days (depending on shipping location and availability) for your order to arrive if you have selected USPS Priority Mail. USPS will deliver your package to your door or PO Box and includes Saturday delivery.
Expedited Shipping:
UPS (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select) orders will ship Same Day if it was placed before 1PM (ET) Monday-Friday. Please add one day for the ETA if your order was placed after 1 PM (EST). *UPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends.*
Outside the US:
For shipments to Australia, Canada, Israel, Philippines, and Taiwan
Please allow 3-21 business days if you have chosen DHL Priority or Standard shipping. (DHL will hand off to local delivery services in your country - Australia Post, Canada Post, Israel Post, etc.)  If you have chosen UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express or USPS Priority Mail International please allow 3-21 business days (depending on location and customs).

USPS Priority Mail = $9 Flat Rate regardless of the size of your order or your zip code. 

Expedited shipping
UPS expedited costs are based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination zip code. You will see prices in your shopping cart.

Second Business Day
If you'd like your order in just two business days, choose this option.

Next Business Day
Choose this option and receive your package the next day business day. Sorry, there is no weekend delivery available.

A "Business Day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: Expedited shipping refunds are not available for shipments delayed by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances.

Local In Store Pick up
Local Pick Up is available at no cost at our clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. Please wait until we email or call you before you drive to the clinic. It may take a day or 2 for your order to be ready. 



How to get Free Shipping

Acuatlanta offers free shipping on all orders over $79 shipped in the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.

These shipping costs do not include possible customs fees, taxes and duties upon import that you are required to pay in order to accept your package.  (If you refuse to pay, you will be unable to return the package for a full refund.)

$24.99 Flat Rate via DHL Global Mail up to 4.4lbs; over 4.4lbs is $49.99.  UPS options are available; based on weight and service. Final delivery is either by USPS or Australia Post.

  • Canada

$18.25 Flat Rate via UPS, DHL, or Local Carrier up to 4.4lbs; over 4.4lbs is $18.99. UPS options are available; based on weight and service. Final delivery is by Canada Post.

  • Israel

$15.99 Flat Rate via DHL Global Mail up to 4.4lbs; over 4.4lbs is $31.99. USPS and UPS options are available; based on weight and service. Final delivery is by USPS.

  • Philippines

$19.99 Flat Rate via DHL Global Mail up to 4.4lbs; over 4.4lbs is $39.99. UPS options are available; based on weight and service

  • Taiwan

$19.99 Flat Rate via DHL Global Mail up to 4.4lbs; over 4.4lbs is $39.99. UPS options are available; based on weight and service
